At LZ HAYAA, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your pieces arrive in the best possible condition.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, restocks, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high shipping volume.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

LZ HAYAA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to circumstances outside of our direct control.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order information so we can assist you in reviewing the situation with the carrier.
